It was there that her mastery of filleting was born, as well as the creation of our extraordinary tartare, a dish that today represents the perfect balance between Eastern technique and Mediterranean freshness. But our pursuit of excellence doesn't stop at seafood. We've transformed the legacy of a formerly vegan restaurant into an opportunity for total inclusion: our famous Bao, made exclusively with Sicilian flours, features a crispy chickpea cutlet that conquers every palate, while our Pad Thai is reinterpreted with the vibrant aromas of Sicilian lemon and the crunchiness of local almonds.
